<p data-start="126" data-end="442">Last weekend I stopped by a tiny neighborhood spot that said their greens come from farms just outside the city. The salad tasted surprisingly fresh compared with typical chain places. It made me curious, do restaurants that cook everything themselves and use local ingredients actually make a noticeable difference?
