Tips for reading ingredient labels on fitness products (165 อ่าน)

Those ingredient lists on supplement bottles make my head spin sometimes—so many chemicals and weird names. Does anyone have a trick for figuring out what actually matters and what’s just filler?

Yeah, it can get confusing fast. I usually look for the main active ingredients (like creatine, whey, or specific vitamins) and ignore “proprietary blends” since you never know what’s really in there. Watch for the order, too—first ones are usually highest amount. There’s a breakdown of https://bewellprimarycare.com/pages/dianabol_pills_for_sale_in_usa_your_guide_to_safe_purchases.html that helped me a lot when shopping for dianabol pills for sale. Honestly, the simpler the label, the better. If something looks too complicated, it probably doesn’t matter that much.

I always just Google anything I don’t recognize. Sometimes you find out half the stuff is just for flavor or color, not actually helping your gains.
