Spain produced an impressive 4-1 win over Croatia, with Lamine Yamal scoring twice as La Roja made it two victories from two matches. England also collected three points after beating Czechia 2-0 in Prague, with Anthony Gordon and Harry Kane finding the net.

Spain wasted little time taking control as Lamine Yamal opened the scoring inside two minutes. Croatia responded through Dion Beljo, who headed in his first international goal, but Spain quickly restored their advantage through Marc Pubill.

Yamal added his second after connecting with a pass from Pedri, while Nico Williams completed the scoring late in the match. The result gave Spain six points from their opening two games.

England secured their first Group A3 win after overcoming Czechia. The hosts were reduced to ten men when Pavel Šulc was sent off for a foul on Elliot Anderson.

Anthony Gordon opened the scoring shortly after the interval, heading home from Trent Alexander-Arnold's delivery. Harry Kane then doubled the advantage with a smart finish to seal the points for Thomas Tuchel's side.

France and Italy Record Wins

France edged Belgium 1-0 in Brussels thanks to a late individual effort from Michael Olise. The winger produced a superb run before calmly finishing two minutes from time.

Italy responded strongly to their opening defeat against Belgium by defeating Türkiye 4-1. Alessandro Bastoni, Davide Frattesi, a debutant goal and Pio Esposito were among the scorers for the Italians.

Scotland suffered a 3-0 defeat against Switzerland, while Slovenia defeated North Macedonia 2-0. Albania and Iceland both recorded 3-0 away victories against San Marino and Luxembourg respectively.

In Group C3, Slovakia defeated Kazakhstan 2-1, while Moldova and the Faroe Islands played out a 1-1 draw. Finland and Belarus also shared the points after a goalless encounter.

Sunday's action saw Greece claim a historic 1-0 victory over Germany, while Portugal maintained their perfect record by beating Norway 2-1. The Netherlands also earned a 2-1 victory over Serbia, with Mexx Meerdink scoring twice.

The Croatia national football team will now look to regroup after suffering their second defeat of the matchday, while the tournament moves toward the next round of fixtures.
