I first came across ear seeds while looking into natural wellness techniques. They're tiny seeds or metal beads attached to adhesive patches and placed on specific points of the outer ear. The idea comes from auricular acupressure, where different parts of the ear correspond to different areas of the body. People gently press the seeds throughout the day to stimulate those points. They're completely needle-free, which makes them a***d option for anyone who isn't comfortable with acupuncture. They're not intended to replace medical treatment, but many people use them as part of a broader wellness routine.

I've noticed ear seeds becoming much more popular over the last few years. I think one reason is that people are increasingly interested in natural, non-invasive ways to support their wellbeing. They're simple to use, relatively inexpensive and easy to fit into everyday life. Like any complementary therapy, they're best used with realistic expectations and as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.
