Should I feel guilty for not doing anything productive in my free time after work? (27 อ่าน)

Relaxing is important, but I often catch myself trying to unwind, giving myself permission to do nothing, while still having this thought in the back of my mind that I'm being lazy, that I have so much free time and could have done at least something useful.

What nonsense. Have you ever thought about seeing a therapist? If I've decided to lie down, only a flood is getting me up. Being productive is great, but if you honestly have no energy, then forget all that.

Well, I get that if I just tell you, "go relax," you're probably not going to do it. If this is really starting to get in the way of your life, I'd honestly suggest talking to a specialist. Other than that... I don't beat myself up for doing nothing. But if certain thoughts start creeping in, I can easily trick my brain andplay a puzzle game. Sure, there are people who think puzzles are some kind of intellectual activity, but I just think they're a fun way to chill.
