Aion 2 Progression Guide for New Players (4 อ่าน)

25 พ.ค. 2569 15:22

Getting stronger efficiently in Aion 2 is less about endless grinding and more about knowing what to prioritize at each stage of the game. A lot of new players waste time doing random side content too early, upgrading the wrong gear, or spreading resources too thin. If your goal is to hit level 45 quickly while building a strong account for endgame content, the best approach is to follow a structured progression path.

The early game in Aion 2 is surprisingly fast if you stay focused. The game heavily rewards players who prioritize the Yellow Main Story Questline first and treat everything else as supplemental progression. Once you understand how leveling, gear upgrades, skill systems, and lateral progression connect together, the grind becomes much smoother.

Focus on the Main Story First

From level 1 to 45, your main objective should be following the yellow story quests almost exclusively. The main storyline gives the highest experience rewards in the game and pushes you through the major regions efficiently. Most players who level slowly usually get distracted by unnecessary grinding or low-value side activities.

If you hit a level wall where the story cannot continue, switch temporarily to regional Green quests and Blue exploration objectives. These are designed specifically to bridge progression gaps and usually provide enough EXP to continue the main story without farming mobs for hours.

The leveling pace is fast enough that many players are reaching the level cap in under two days if they stay efficient.

During story encounters, especially mini-boss fights, pay attention to the colored recovery orbs that drop during combat:

Red restores HP

Green restores stamina

Blue restores mana

Using these properly can save you during difficult fights, especially if you are dealing with lag or playing on higher ping servers.

Another important ha*** is looting everything. Even low-quality white gear has value because extracted items become enhancement materials later. Inventory management matters, but throwing away resources early can slow your progression later when upgrades become expensive.

Prioritize Skill Progression Correctly

One of the biggest beginner mistakes is upgrading every skill evenly. Aion 2 rewards specialization much more heavily.

Your first priority should be active combat skills. Push your core active abilities to level 8 as quickly as possible because level 8 unlocks additional bonus stats tied to the skill system. This creates a noticeable power spike in both PvE farming and boss damage.

Passive skills are still important, but they should generally stop around level 5 early on. That gives a solid efficiency boost without draining too many materials.

As you complete regional green quests, you will start earning Deinion points and crystals. These feed directly into the Deinion Rune Board system, which becomes one of the most important long-term progression mechanics in the game.

The rune board lets you strengthen key stats such as:

HP

Critical rate

Cooldown reduction

Defensive bonuses

Damage scaling

Players who ignore the rune board early often end up weaker than players with lower gear scores but better stat optimization.

Upgrade Weapons Before Anything Else

Your weapon should always be your highest upgrade priority.

Faster kill speed improves everything in Aion 2:

Quest completion speed

Farming efficiency

Dungeon clear times

Resource income

Survival during difficult encounters

Armor upgrades matter, but damage output has a larger impact during early progression. Accessories can wait until later unless you get strong drops naturally.

The gear morphing system is also extremely important for efficient progression. Instead of chasing random high-rarity drops immediately, many experienced players build power by safely upgrading lower-tier gear first.

A common progression route looks like this:

Upgrade Green gear to +10

Use Substance Morph to convert it into Blue gear

Upgrade Blue gear

Eventually morph into Unique gear

This process gives a smoother Gear Score climb while reducing wasted materials.

Another major mistake new players make is selling every valuable drop immediately. Early unique items should often be saved for the Soulbinding Sync system because it provides permanent stat bonuses tied to collected equipment.

You will also unlock accessory slots naturally through level 22 side quests, so there is usually no reason to waste crafting resources trying to rush accessories too early.

What Changes at Level 45

Once you reach level 45, progression shifts away from pure leveling and into lateral power systems. This is where many players suddenly feel stuck because the game stops rewarding simple quest rushing.

At this stage, account progression becomes tied to multiple interconnected systems.

Monolith Feather Feeding

Throughout the world, you can collect glowing feathers scattered across exploration areas. Feeding these to city Monoliths grants valuable progression rewards including:

Skill points

Amulet upgrade materials

Belt upgrade materials

A lot of players underestimate this system early, but it becomes one of the core sources of permanent account growth.

Sealed Dungeons and Strongholds

Question mark icons on the world map usually indicate hidden progression content like Sealed Dungeons or Strongholds.

These activities reward important materials such as:

Daevanion crystals

Noble Belt enhancement scrolls

Upgrade resources

Progression currencies

These become essential for pushing higher combat ratings later.

Space-Time Rifts

Space-Time Rifts are one of the more rewarding daily systems in the game. These temporary portals allow you to invade the opposing faction’s territory and complete their dungeon versions as well.

Doing this provides extra progression rewards and bonus Abyss Points. Efficient players run these daily because the rewards stack up very quickly over time.

Pet Farming and Genus Insight

Pet progression is another long-term power source many beginners overlook.

By repeatedly farming specific world enemies, you can collect fragments that unlock pets and mounts. As pets level up, they provide direct stat bonuses to your character.

The Genus Insight system adds another layer of customization by allowing players to roll for enhanced bonus stats. Some lucky rolls can dramatically improve character performance, especially for PvE builds focused on critical damage or cooldown reduction.

Avoid Common Beginner Mistakes

Aion 2 rewards efficient resource management more than reckless upgrading. A few bad decisions early can slow progression significantly later.

Some common mistakes include:

Upgrading too many skills at once

Selling unique drops too early

Ignoring rune boards

Spending crafting materials on temporary gear

Over-farming low-value mobs instead of questing

Neglecting daily progression systems after level 45

The players who progress fastest are usually the ones who stay disciplined with upgrades and follow the game’s intended progression flow.

Aion 2 has a lot of systems layered on top of each other, which can feel overwhelming at first. The***d news is that progression becomes much smoother once you understand the priority order.

Rush the main story first. Upgrade your weapon before everything else. Focus active skills early. Use morphing systems intelligently instead of gambling for upgrades. Then, once level 45 opens up the broader progression systems, start investing into Monoliths, dungeons, rifts, pets, and rune optimization.
