Does any Amaron car battery supplier in Dubai offer a warranty longer than one year? (49 อ่าน)

I'm trying to buy a new battery for my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe and I've called maybe six different shops so far, but they all give me the same answer about warranty: one year max, no matter what brand. I'm specifically looking for an Amaron Car Battery Supplier Dubai that might offer an extended warranty if I pay a *** more, or at least pro rate the second year, because I've had batteries fail just after the twelve month mark before and it's frustrating. Does anyone know a supplier that actually stands behind their products for longer, or is one year the standard everywhere here? I don't mind driving to a different area if they have better terms. Also curious if the warranty is handled by the shop or by Amaron directly, because I've been burned by places that disappear when you try to claim. Appreciate any insider info.

One year is fairly standard across most dealers here regardless of how much you pay extra, but some shops do offer pro rated coverage into the second year if you specifically ask rather than it being advertised upfront.

Warranty handled directly by Amaron through their official registration system is much safer than relying on the individual shop's***dwill. That's exactly what protects you if the shop you bought from happens to close or disappear later.

Batteries failing just after the twelve month mark is unfortunately common enough that it almost feels intentional. Worth asking specifically if any extended coverage exists before assuming the standard one year is truly the ceiling everywhere.

A shop disappearing when you try to claim is exactly why online warranty registration at point of sale matters so much. If it's tied to Amaron's system rather than just a paper receipt from the shop, you have actual recourse.

Driving to a different area for better warranty terms is worth it if you find one, but confirm the extended coverage claim in writing rather than just a verbal promise, since that's usually where these deals fall apart later.
