  Aion 2 Armorsmithing Progression Guide (45 อ่าน)

8 พ.ค. 2569 15:56

In Aion 2, Armorsmithing is the main crafting profession for heavy-armor classes. It lets you create Chain and Plate sets, helmets, and shields that often outperform dungeon drops in both PvE stats and Combat Power (CP). Mastering Armorsmithing is key if you want your character to shine in endgame content.

Core Progression Strategy

Armorsmithing in Aion 2 works on a chaining system. Lower-tier items are used as ingredients to craft higher-tier gear. Progressing efficiently means understanding how to gather, craft, and manage RNG-based upgrades.

Continuous Gathering: Always level your gathering skills alongside crafting. Reach Novice 50 to unlock professional ranks through city quests. Self-sufficiency is essential for high-tier crafting.

Chain-Crafting: Start with the lowest-tier items. High-tier gear (like Tier 5) usually requires a "proc" version of a Tier 4 item. Don’t skip steps, or you’ll stall your progression.

Handle RNG: Crafting has a success/failure system. A successful "proc" upgrades your item (for example, from common to green, or blue to unique), which is crucial to climb the gear ladder.

Odal Morphing: Use Odal from cities to morph into missing resources. This saves a lot of time farming rare materials manually.

Leveling Pathway

While level brackets can shift with seasonal updates, here’s the standard progression:

Work Orders & Designs: Early levels are fastest with Work Orders using NPC-bought materials. Later, switch to Designs using player-gathered resources for functional armor.

Tiered Milestones:

Lesser (1–99): Craft white (common) gear to build a solid base.

Regular (100–199): Start targeting green "procs" to move up the chain.

Greater (200–299): Craft blue items to boost gear score significantly.

Expert (300–399): Focus on gold and unique endgame PvE gear for maximum stats.

Economic & Power Tips

Sell Unwanted Procs: Items that don’t proc can still be valuable. Turn in 5 common items for ~1,200 Abyss Points, or sell them on the market.

Batch Crafting: Use AFK time to mass-produce components or low-tier gear for chaining. This minimizes idle time.

Efficiency First: Only craft items that provide a power spike or meet market demand. Don’t waste Kinah on intermediate gear that will be replaced quickly.
