Train Each Muscle Group Twice a Week? (28 อ่าน)
23 ก.พ. 2569 22:10
I have been running a classic bro split for a while — chest Monday, back Tuesday, legs Wednesday, and so on — hitting each muscle group once a week. It worked well at first, but lately progress feels kind of slow. I keep hearing that training each muscle twice a week might be better for growth and strength. The idea makes sense, but I am worried about recovery and whether I ll just feel constantly sore. For those who switched from once-a-week to twice-a-week frequency, did you actually see better results, or is it just hype?

When I moved to a push pull legs setup and hit each muscle twice a week, I definitely noticed more consistent progress. The key wasnt doubling volume it was spreading it out. Instead of 16 sets for chest in one brutal session, Id do 8 sets twice a week. That helped me maintain better performance per set and recover more easily. Ive seen random discussions online, even on sites like https://www.whoseliveanyway.com/ , where conversations drift into things like buy injectable steroids online with credit card as if frequency alone isnt enough. But honestly, simply adjusting volume and frequency intelligently made a noticeable difference for me. Just make sure total weekly volume stays manageable and recovery is on point.
