I joined Teerth Realties in 2017, and since then, I have been involved in areas such as planning, procurement, marketing, and liaisoning. Working across these functions has helped me develop a broader understanding of how real estate projects move from planning to execution and how different teams and stakeholders contribute to the development process.

My academic background has also played an important role in shaping my approach. I completed my Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster, where I gained specialized knowledge of property development and the factors that influence real estate markets.

I have a particular interest in understanding Pune’s evolving real estate landscape. The city continues to grow as a residential, commercial, technology, education, and employment hub. Areas across Western Pune and the PCMC region are experiencing continued development, making it important to look at real estate through the wider perspective of infrastructure, connectivity, accessibility, and changing lifestyles.
