After one call to customer service, we were informed that the website was under maintenance and registration would be possible within a few hours. We waited.

The order processing went smoothly, thanks to the ease of which we received it. Our order was placed at $108 (no discount but it was okay). We also set a deadline of two weeks.

We received no updates regarding the paper's progress while we were waiting. This is a poor sign considering that we had an account and knew the identity of the writer, but no indication was given that they were working on our paper.

Two weeks later, we received an email confirming that the paper had been printed. It arrived on schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. But the real disappointment came when it was opened.

It wasn't formatted correctly. It did not have a title page, and citations weren't done according to the APA style (which was indicated on the order form). It was, in other words: a total disaster.

We also ran a Grammarly plagiarism check and found 10% of the plagiarism. This is unacceptable when you are a professional writer service.

Domyessay.com was unable to provide pricing information. The assignment was poorly written and plagiarized. It appeared that the assignment was not written by a native speaker, but rather by a high schooler with little or no academic writing knowledge.
