Starting Budamate 400 Transhaler next week on my respiratory specialist's advice. It contains Budesonide 400 mcg (inhaled corticosteroid) and Formoterol 6 mcg (long-acting bronchodilator). I've read that common side effects include throat irritation, hoarseness, headache, tremor, and oral thrush — rinsing your mouth after every inhalation helps prevent the thrush risk. More serious but rare reactions include paradoxical bronchospasm and palpitations. Has anyone experienced significant side effects on this inhaler, and how did you manage them?
