Apollos is who? Who are any teachers, deacons, preachers, or elders? Any of us who? "I planted," Paul declares. Paul started sharing the truth with the populace. "Apollos were watered." Apollos entered behind Paul, validated his teachings, and expanded on them—possibly answering any queries they may have had. Who is more significant? For the kingdom, who did more? Not one of them! In this case, God is the key player! It is God's message, and through Jesus, His grace will save these people's souls. He rewards obedience with a "increase."[/size]

Without God, what would I have to write about? I wouldn't know what to say. Apollos and Paul were unimportant. None of the biblical teachers or preachers we hear today are more significant than anybody else. Paul actually asserts that humans are nothing. He is saying that without God, we are nothing. Without His Word, we have no being. We are all striving for the same objective. To bear fruit for the Lord is our shared objective.[/size]

A number of people approach her after services to chat with her, get to know her better, and encourage her to return. Are you originally from this area?" is the only life question they ask. Usually, that leads to discussing family ties and other topics. No questions about the church yet.[/size]
