When did analog clocks start to click for your child? (31 views)

I've been helping my five-year-old read an analog clock, and the minute hand is still the part that trips him up. Digital time made sense much faster.

Short practice has worked better for us than a long worksheet. I found these telling time games for kids, and the clock activities gave us an easy way to practise for a few minutes without turning it into homework.

For parents who have taught this already, what finally made the hour and minute hands click for your child?

Dscussing milestones like teaching kids to read analog clocks brings back memories of learning patience. After finishing your reminiscing, unwind yourself with some steam by smashing piggy banks for cash in Bills Must Be Paid
