How has travel healthcare changed the way you see a stable job? (9 views)

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">I used to think having a stable job meant staying at the same facility for years and building one predictable routine. After several travel assignments, I see stability a little differently. I actually feel more secure knowing I can adapt to new teams, cities, and work environments when I need to.
For anyone interested in allied health travel, I think tlc allied is worth looking into when exploring different assignments and locations. They also support travelers with practical parts of the process like credentialing, licensing, and housing. I still understand why permanent work appeals to people, but now flexibility feels just as valuable to me as staying in one place.
