Our current one, Adora Aether, is in Kalathode &mdash; 2 & 3 BHK units from 690 to 905 sq.ft., RERA registered (K-RERA/PRJ/TSR/123/2025) if anyone wants to verify independently before reaching out, which I'd genuinely recommend doing with any builder, not just us.
