After upgrading my iPhone to iOS 17, I started getting Screen Distance notifications every time I placed my phone too close to my eyes. The new feature is supposed to help people adopt better practices when using their smartphones, but these notifications kept disturbing me each time I read an article, visited a website, or played some games.



With the idea of finding a simple way to control the feature, I started looking for answers. Soon enough, I discovered that how to turn off screen distance is not hard at all and can be completed within minutes using the settings of Screen Time.
