Setting up a dairy delivery route in Doha – what crates keep milk cool longer? (11 views)

I'm starting a home delivery service for fresh dairy products in and around Doha, mostly milk, laban, and yogurt. I've got the refrigerated van sorted, but I'm struggling with the last step: getting the products from the van to the customer's door without them warming up too fast in this heat. I've been looking at insulated or thick walled plastic crates that can keep things cool for maybe 15-20 minutes while I walk from the van to apartments. The problem is finding a plastic crates supplier in Qatar that carries anything beyond the standard thin walled ones. I found some European brands online but they're crazy expensive to ship here. Does anyone know if any local suppliers stock insulated crates or at least something with thicker plastic that doesn't transfer heat as fast? I'm also open to using gel packs or liners if that's a better solution. I need maybe 50 to start, nothing huge. Also, any dairy delivery veterans out there with tips on keeping product cold during summer deliveries would be a lifesaver. This is my first business and I really want to get it right. Thanks everyone.
