Financial processes in a startup (16 views)

Hi. I work at a startup, and we don't yet have a full-fledged financial infrastructure. But it's already clear that as we grow, it will be difficult to manage payments manually. I'd like to establish a proper process right away. Could you share some ideas on what solutions would be best to consider at the start?

It seems you're at the point where manual management is starting to hinder growth. It's often helpful to first clearly describe the current process: how invoices are received, who verifies them, and who pays them. This helps you identify bottlenecks and understand what features are needed in the future system. Have you tried mapping these steps in a simple table or visual diagram to see where delays are occurring?

For a startup, it's important to establish the right processes from the start. We started withprecoro level solutions early on. This allowed us to avoid chaos as we grew. As the team grew, we didn't have to redo anything because everything was automated and efficient. The system was already ready for the workload. This saved us a lot of time and stress.
