To download Microsoft Teams from portal.office.com, start by signing in with your Microsoft 365 account. Once logged in, click on the App Launcher (the grid icon) in the top-left corner. From there, select Teams. If it’s not listed, click All apps to find it. On the Teams page, look for the download link, typically at the bottom left.
