From my understanding, it allows a foreign individual as an investor, entrepreneur, or property buyer to apply to live and work in another country with all the benefits of long-term residency. Each country has its criteria, some are solely real estate based, while there are others who provide opportunities for more job creation or a minimum capital contribution, etc.</span>
